Motowear USA uses a PAYPAL shopping
cart system. PAYPAL is a recognized leader in internet money
transfers and uses the latest in encryption technology to protect the
privacy of your information. As added protection to your privacy we
at Motowear USA never see your credit card info, we simply
receive a money transfer directly from PAYPAL in the amount of your
purchase.

How are the shirts made?
We use state of the art digital printing
equipment to produce the graphics which are then thermal transfered
to the garment.

How durable are the graphics?
Our graphics stand up very well to normal
use and show no signs of fading even after many wash/dry
cycles.

How do I care for my shirt?
Our shirts and sweats can be machine washed. For longest life we recommend the following: Turn garment
inside out and wash in cold water. DO NOT use bleach or bleach
substitutes. It is recommended that you air dry our products.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to the fact that each item is custom
made it is hard to give exact turn around times however our goal is
to have orders ready to ship within one week of receipt of the order.
We will then ship your package using USPS Priority
Mail.

Are your garments first quality?
YES! All of our
blanks are first quality by brand name manufacturers. Most of our
products are Jerzees Brand garments and if Jerzees does not offer a
particular color or style then we use either Fruit of the Loom or
Hanes.

What forms of payment do you accept?
WE use a PAYPAL shopping cart system which allows you pay for your order using your PAYPAL account. If you do not have a PAYPAL account you can still use the shopping cart and pay with your credit card.

Do you ship COD?
We do not ship orders COD. Due to the fact
that all of our products are custom made to your order we require
payment at the time of the order.
